It's like walking by your Ex..

What a great comparison.  

For a black man, walking by a Confederate statue should be like walking by an ex..with your new girlfriend who's MUCH more attractive!

You should ENJOY walking by it, knowing that's how things USED to be..but look at you now!!  "From whence we have come!".

These statues should threaten nobody.  They don't threated anyone.  They are part of our history and our country and should remain!  Grateful we have a president who stands up for truth and calls out the other side, too!!!  We have the right man for the job for these times!
