The World Was Watching...

Nicole Sherrard had one chance.

This was it.  Her husband, Richardson Police Officer David Sherrard, is being laid to rest after being killed on duty.

What does she spend the time talking about? What is the most important thing she wants to share?

That she told her husband twice in the past 13 years that she wanted a divorce.  And that each time, he refused and stood up like a real man and fought for his marriage.

This man is such a hero to me in so many ways..I cried so many times during her speech.

She chose to share her darkest moments, so that we could see the light her husband brought into their marrage.
