Grieving Again

Some highlights:  Cops went 80mph down Pearl Street, zooming right by us at our Downtown studios.

The area where they took the accused cop killer into custody was lit up like a Macy's day parade at 9pm, spanning 6 blocks..we stopped counting after 70 cop cars.

The residents came out after they took the suspect into custody and brought out food and coffee and even a cute little dog to comfort them.

But we all knew last night that Officer Santander was on life support.  We prayed and this morning, we found out we lost another Dallas Officer. 

These guys have gone through way too much.  I was happy to see our Mayor talk about how he's sick of the disrespect for our cops.  Talked about evil.  Sadly, our Chief shows nothing of the officer's death or how you can donate to their families on their website, nor on their twitter feed.  Well, here you go: To donate to Officer Rogelio Santander's family or Officer Crystal Almeida's family, please go here.
