Guyger Trial Day 1

WHOLLY WOW!  I could NOT stop watching!! RIVETING!! 
Here's what we got: The apartment door was OPEN!! that NEVER EVER officially made it out today.  Also the door latch is poorly installed and, as I TOLD you months ago, but now it's confirmed..it did NOT lock!  The temp bows the metal and Guyger put her key fob in the door and it swung right open.

ALSO: Botham Jean was only 13 feet when shots fired.

AND: BRILLIANT description by Guyger's counsel on how she had TUNNEL VISION when she saw the "threat" in "her" home.  She's not looking around for things..she's looking at an "intruder".  GRIPPING.

ALSO: She's 5'3"..the apartment addresses,as I told you, are NOT on the door..they're WAY UP ABOVE HER HEIGHT and to the left.

DEFENSE was WEAK, saying she didn't notice a flower pot one of her neighbors has out in front of her door???  So, she's supposed to NOTICE the neighbor's flower pot--after a 13 1/2 hour day??  What a JOKE!!

AND..you know what's MISSING??  MOTIVE!! Oh..we confirmed she is exactly one floor above-same apartment.  No markings on parking levels-except a small, obscure-out-of-the-way marking.  The defense expects Guyger to look around and notice the city skyline and somehow be able to tell she's higher up by one floor..in the evening?  

If a man wasn't dead, this would be laughable.

I LOVE what one listener said today: "I'm praying for BOTH families". 

We should.  If this city riots over this, it will be rioting over nothing but a horrible mistake.

As of the end of day 1, Guyger's chances of "Not Guilty" verdict have grown HIGHER than my prediction (I've been telling you for MONTHS she will NOT be convicted).
