Gov Smacks Down Clay J

Round 2..FIGHT!! (cue video game theme!)

Governor Abbott really slapped back hard at Clay J, clearly and powerfully pointing out that Clay J is dead wrong in saying that Texas Guardsmen will be going door to door in uniform to trace down where Coronavirus cases emanate from.

NOT SO, powerfully says Governor Abbott: "I am in control of the Texas Guard, not Clay J.  I give them orders, not him" (I'm paraphrasing from this Fox 4 story) 

So, in addition to being rebuked by the entire Dallas County Commissioner's Court, by 3 Dems and 1 Repub, the Gov clearly slapped Clay J up side the head today-making Clay J 2 for 0 for 2 days straight.  Good.

Why is Clay J clearly politicking in this?  One listener called in today and WISELY surmises that Clay J is going to run for statewide office soon..maybe Gov or Senate, etc.  What else is a rich lib to do??

On a note that MANY will agree with me on, I DO think it's time to start preparing to WIND DOWN and END the "Shelter In Place" order.  Look for 3-5 weeks from now for us 4 DFW core counties to get let out of this order.  Texas and DFW have done VERY WELL in abating mass spreading of Covid-19.  The numbers are much lower BECAUSE we did the right thing AND because our experts numbers were off..and change every day..NOT because they're lying to control us (do you really believe Abbott and Trump are???), but because every hour, every day, we're learning more about this virus.
